🤓 Insatiably curious.
I’m fascinated by how things (and people) work, and why they work that way. Academically, I’ve searched for answers through science, graduating with a degree in Biology and authoring over 25 publications in national and international medical journals.
This curiosity has also taken me to over 10 countries, to the depths of the start-up world, and most recently into podcasting. Unlike many, I believe that everyone, no matter who they are, has an important story to share. This mindset is my north star, and I love asking people about their upbringing and learning more about how that has shaped them into who they are today.

🙋🏻♀️ Community Driven.
Growing up in a small-town in Louisiana I embraced the attributes of southern hospitality and learned to value community, kindness, helpfulness, and charity. But as one of the only Asian Americans during school, I also learned to appreciate human differences and always seek out new, diverse perspectives.

Curiosity is my north star throughout my creative process, guiding me to ask questions to a variety of people so I can constantly learn and build on my craft every day.

🧢 Multidisciplinary.
I believe to innovate, we have to understand a lot of things. We have to understand the past, we have to understand our society, we have to understand the pull of psychology, and we have to understand a little math and a lot of science. Everything is connected together, so combining deep knowledge and breadth of knowledge allows us to lead effectively into the future.
This is why I love exploring new subject areas whether it be through sports or other disciplines in life – it always leads to novel insights and new perspectives that I believe can champion innovation. It has proven to be empowering for what we can do, what we can think about, and ultimately, what we can create.

I’m also fiercely ambitious, but never take myself too seriously. My lived experiences and personal values bring an innate appreciation for human differences and an inquisitive open-mind when faced with new information – the secret weapons that make me a great learner and team member.
Sports were a huge part of my childhood and continues to push me today.
🗣️ Motto.
Progress is never linear, solutions are fluid, and good things take time.
🧠 Thought of the month.
Can you imagine the creative ideas that are locked up in the hearts and minds of people who simply lack the knowledge, tools, or support to express them?
🌠 Just for fun.
When not creating, you can sometimes find me camping underneath the stars in Joshua Tree, playing tennis with friends, or obsessing over anything pool suite.
